Persian pattern design
Coming from Iran, I grow up seeing patterns everywhere. From beautiful colorful Persian carpets to mosque tile designs. One of my personal projects was to design something new and modern with a spice of traditional elements.
This was the fun time to go through my cultural heritage. Making all those childhood memories alive again. Finding beautiful patterns on Persian carpets. This was my idea. To explore and bring those cultural symbols in Persian carpets. Then reuse them to create modern products. Here you will see my process from Inspiration and sketching to final products.
